3 St Andrew Square
Edinburgh
As the appointed Development Manager of 3 St Andrew Square on behalf of Standard Life Investments (now Aberdeen Standard Investments) Rennick was responsible for delivering the residential element of A-listed, Forsyth House. A refurbishment of a 28,000 sq ft building into high-end residential apartments with adjoining restaurant space, which is now operating as Dishoom, Edinburgh.
3 St Andrew Square by Standard Life Investments and Peveril Securites was a departure from the traditional Georgian townhouses of Edinburgh’s New Town. 3 St Andrew Square presented a more contemporary opportunity – a Category A-listed building originally built in 1926 and more like the industrial warehouse developments that you might find in Glasgow, Leith or London. The apartments are rare in style and generous in space, making them distinctive in character – a little less genteel and perhaps more “enlightened” than the typical New Town townhouse.
Rennick was proud to work with Standard Life Investments, CDA Architects and Graven to deliver a truly incomparable, landmark, and commercially successful residential development.
"We required a Property Developer with the proven experience and creative vision to deliver a development as unique as 3 St Andrew Square. Leading with integrity, Rennick was exactly the partner we needed to successfully deliver this landmark development.”
