As the appointed Development Manager of 11 Gayfield Square on behalf of Mactaggart & Mickel – Rennick is responsible for delivering an exciting new build development, ensuring that the principles of Rennick are consistent in terms of quality of product, and optimising the site’s potential.
The site has planning consent for the creation of eleven bespoke apartments ranging from studios to 3 bed duplex penthouses. Design development is currently ongoing and we anticipate the construction phase starting in the second quarter of 2022.
The former commercial unit has now been fully demolished.
