As the appointed Development Manager of 181 - 195 St John’s Road on behalf of Mactaggart & Mickel - Rennick is responsible for delivering an exciting new mixed-use scheme ensuring that the principles of Rennick are consistent in terms of quality of product and optimising the site’s potential. Planning consent has been secured for the creation of 4 large commercial units and 35 quality homes ranging from 1 bed apartments to 3 bed townhouses all benefiting from on-site parking. The historic commercial shops have now been demolished and we anticipate the construction phase starting in the third quarter of 2023.
