Rennick, Mactaggart & Mickel, Mactaggart Family & Partners and Millard Estates have combined in a joint venture to acquire and hold two adjacent office buildings on a prominent position on the corner of Dundas Street and Fettes Row. The two buildings currently total approximately 45,000 sq ft.
Strategically the properties will be asset managed in the short to medium term, with a longer term strategy to deliver a landmark development project within Edinburgh’s New Town.
This project is currently in the planning phase.
